To improve delivery efficiency, some orders may ship from local warehouses (e.g., within the U.S. for U.S. customers only).

We currently offer shipping to the following countries and regions:
United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, Netherlands, Germany, Japan, South Korea, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia, Singapore, and the Philippines.

-All orders are shipped from Mainland China

-Orders are typically shipped within 1–3 business days, with about 80% dispatched within 48 hours

-If an item is out of stock, fulfillment may take an additional 1–3 business days (we’ll notify you via email if delayed)

-Delivery time is 3–10 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance

-A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped, allowing real-time tracking

 

6. Returns and Refund Policy

We offer a full refund or replacement in the following cases (claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery):

-Items received are damaged or defective

-Incorrect item received
